Offtake Agreements & Alliances

The company has signed a non-binding off-take agreement with PetroChina International (Middle East) for Green Hydrogen / Green Ammonia off take along with associated carbon credits. Oracle Power has also signed a non-binding off-take agreement with Emirates Global Aluminium to feed into the giant smelting company’s decarbonisation programme. We are also in dialogue with other potential off-takers in large Green Hydrogen markets such as Japan and Korea.

Oracle Power is a partner of Dii Desert Energy alliance and sits amongst the important players in the Green Hydrogen universe. We have also entered into a collaboration agreement with The Green Global Growth Institute (GGGI), an international organization headquartered in Seoul, South Korea, led by Mr. Ban Ki-moon, 8th Secretary General of the United Nations, for development support and knowledge sharing
