Chief Executive Officer
Naheed Memon has worked for over three decades in the public and private sector in Pakistan and the UK. She has developed and lead many projects in manufacturing, financial services, and energy. Naheed also serves as an Honorary Advisor to the President of Suriname and as a Member of the Board of the Privatization Commission of Pakistan. She also sits as an independent director on the boards of public and private companies.
Non-Executive Director
A former natural resources fund manager with +35 years experience in the corporate mining and commodities sector. He has held various executive roles for both listed and private companies and is a long standing member of the FTSE Gold Mines Index Committee and a non-exec director of Wishbone Gold plc.

Emma has a rich background in mining and financial services, including roles with GVA Grimley, IMC Mackay & Schnellmann, and the World Bank. She served as a Mining Analyst at CSFB and later as a corporate broker and adviser with VSA Resources and Ambrian Partners. Emma was on the main board of Lonrho Plc, leading projects across Africa, and is currently the CEO of GoldStone Resources Ltd, a gold miner in Ghana. She is also a non-executive Director for CrossInvest Global Management Services Limited and Cloudbreak Discovery Plc. Emma is a graduate of Camborne School of Mines and a Chartered Mining Engineer and Chartered Mineral Surveyor.
Geologist – Gold
A geologist with +25 years’ experience in gold & base metals exploration, mine development & mine production. He has identified & secured numerous projects for public companies in Australia & internationally & is on the board of several ASX listed companies.
CFO – Company Secretary
Extensive capital markets experience and is actively involved in AIM. He has advised a range of companies across a number of different sectors both as a director and in his previous capacity as a corporate financier.
Advisor – Green Energy
A seasoned diplomat with a career over three decades, and has remained Ambassador of Pakistan to Korea, and Afghanistan. He has extensive experience in policy making, implementation and negotiations at the highest level with interlocutors in public, private and international organizations.
Advisor – Thermal Energy Solutions
A multi skilled engineer he was later educated and trained in change management. Nigel consulted internationally, leading projects in innovation, operational strategy, technical development and change for blue-chip clients in mining, quarrying, oil and gas, railways, finance, IT and medical science. Since 2014 he has supported moves from thermal energy production to coal to oil, coal to gas, green hydrogen and solar energy. In 2017, Nigel Pickett authored a patent on cold iron ore pelleting for electric arc furnaces and blast furnaces to significantly reduce CO2 emissions.
